Yes of course, that is a concern I forgot about. It would be easier if Students were relocation and not returning. But then again this would actually be up to the student and the hood they origin from.

Perhaps this kind of information could simply be a feature of the SUN pages? I'm not into programming but I think it would be possible to serve a separate list with Universities that accept foreign students.
