 I think students going to other universities in other hoods is a great idea-I wonder if the educational exchange would be similar to the SUN exchange or could the students simply apply for a limited selection of "international" spots for that university.

Jasmine has a valid concern: especially if hoods are not using SimPE technology, when the students return to thier base hood thier family relations would be altered-however, with SimPE, host hoods could correct such matters.

Since it would be up to the hosting hood to accept the applicant, then too many extra sims in the hood shouldn't be a large concern
