Ok, well your in a bit of a bind. In our hood we do things a bit differently. The youngest kid always gets the house and if the youngest decides, he/she can tell his older siblings to move out. By law, once a sibling has moved out, the parent MUST keep equal relations with him/her as with all their other kids. We also require that at least one younger sim stays in a house until the parents die. You may suggest something like this.

You may also have your daughter move out for now but as you age, you may try asking her to move back in with her family.
