Our law is the opposite. Here, the oldest child becomes the legal owner when he/she marries and still live in the house. If the oldest child moves out for any other reason than studying, the next child will get the right to the house. So I will not be allowed to offer my oldest daugghter to move back in later on because it would then be one of the twins who desides. Wait, if they are not yet adults I guess we or Lucild (the oldest) would still deside. I must check this...

By the way, we tried to have the youngest inherite the house, but in some families the parents had a surprise baby just before the youngest reached adulthood, so then their youngest was no longer the youngest. Those parents would be dead long before the last baby would be old enough to own the house. I guess this was a problem because of the CAS clinic, some parents were only 15 simdays older than their teen children.
