Hello all seniors out there!

Is it time to step back and leave your house to the next generation? Do their kids need your bedroom? Here are good news for you!!!

Maple Inn has this far been run by the Organization for Unfairly Jailed Sims. Our mission was to house ex-criminals, and givin them a new start in life. We had a few lodgers, but now that the last one died from a mysterious disease, we realize that the local criminals don't seem interested in living here. So we have decided to change our mission!

Maple Inn is now a nice retirement home for elders. We already did some indoor rearrangements of this wonderful historical building. There are old history in the walls, a perfect last home for elders!

What you get:
* Your own room with your own bathroom. We have 3 single rooms and 1 double room availble.
* Free group meals served in the dining room.
* Free access to tv, newspaper and library
* Social happenings on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
* Beautiful garden where you can help tending.
* We also guarantee that your urn will stay in the dining room for 10 days, then your memory will be moved to the graveyard behind the house.

What you must pay:
* You must bring a deposit when you sign in
* You must retire from any job and give us your pention
* Your family or friends can visit only every 5th day
* You must help tending the graves if needed.

PS: There are currently two kids in the house, and we already got a ghost too. Welcome!
