I'm still shaky! The stove caught fire, and yes we got a smoke detector which started beeping. It was my birthday only a couple hours before my age transmition, I was planning to throw a party and wanted to get over with the fire as soon as possible. Well, I started extinguish the fire, but it took all my efforts to no vain. Then my hubby tried, no succeess, and finally our oldest son managed to stop the fire. But it took very long, and there was absolutely no public service offered! We live in one of the greatest local houses, and they know we would be able to pay if needed. So why didn't they show up?

We've heard about the NPC bug but I expected it to be fixed as we got access to Sim State University. But no... Is there anything we can do to feel safe without moving out and back in?
