I was so distraught. My dad died one day before the birth of my son. I can't believe he went first, because my Mom seems to be in worse shape than he was! At least she got to see my little boy be born. She's hanging in there, because I'm pregnant again, because she really wants to see her next grandchild, but I don't know if she'll make it, so she's spending alot of time with Pierre II right now.

At least I know Dad went to a better place. He just dropped dead from a h/a right in front of our eyes! I couldn't believe it!

Yes, my parents were created as elders in the CAS clinic. Dad was 67. Mom is 66. I am so sad about Dad, but so joyful about little Pierre. It's so weird to have both emotions at the same time. And my husband isn't much of a help right now. He and dad were good friends, but my husband tends to be very materialistic and Dad left us a good inheritance, so that's what Sam focuses on. *sigh*

Mom was so devastated that she had to see a shrink. I found her rocking a sack of flour to sleep! I have to admit, that was kind of funny in a twisted sort of way. She keeps crying about dad though. Poor Mom.

Anyway, Thanks Esther for your help and support. I'm going to make sure that Sam eats healthy and gets alot of excercise. I don't think I could handle it if he died, and of course he has a terrible cold right now! Oh, me, Oh my!
