Congratulations! I had twins-Ethan and Tyler-myself not too long ago! It was rough raising them, since I got pregnant shortly after-try moving around feeding babies while having morning sickness. Make sure the babies are near you! It was horrible walking up and down stairs all day. Also, get help if you can, a relative, spouse, anything-we hired a nanny the first day of my pregnancy with my youngest child because the constant throwing up and sickness was a strain on me. Otherwise, try to keep them on the same schedule! Ask your oldest to help clean up while you care for the twins-that's what my oldest did, he dumped the trash, threw away old diapers and bottles. I must admit, I let the house go to shambles when they were babies, but they don't remember it :P
