I just had twins and they are horrible to care for!
Already having a daughter can help, but a nanny is the best way to go. You can hire her while your husband is working. It helps because you can keep yourself from starving. Once you feel pretty good, I'd go outside and meditate until the nanny leaves because I've noticed that while meditating I don't start feeling any worse. She should clean up your house and care for your babies. When she leaves, you will be feeling good enought to take care of your kids and by then your hubby should be home to help.

Have your daughter clean up and you can even buy a baking set for her and she can make you and your hubby a snack or two so that you don't have to go to the hassle of cooking. Another quick food trick is gelatin! It won't spoil for 24 hours and comes with the groceries you buy each day.
