Hmmm, we had a recent divorce in the hood which was similar, most of the assets were tied up in the home and business. The couple obtained the net worth of the assets and agreed on a spilt. They had recently sold the business and they sold items within the house until the value reached the agreed upon spilt. Therefore, one partner kept the house, but had to sell some of the objects within the house, while the other partner recieved simoleans to move to another hood. Perhaps this will help.
