Hmm, that must be some renovation to make them smaller, yet more spacious. Sounds like a good deal, especially when you throw in the new appliances. I hope it goes smoothly and you can be back in your own home soon. That must be strange seeing furniture configurations that aren't there in the active sims house. Must have made it very awkward to visit the neighbors. I hope the renovation helps with that. I might have to look into that phenomenon, see if there's any explanation for it.
>Why wait? You don't want sims to see your floral decor
I think most of them already have. I think I'll wait until I can get settled in something a little more comfortable.
>I guess it will take them some time to get used to
>you. Is New Eden a pretty small hood?
Yeah, pretty small. There's about 30 sims, counting the kids at the boarding school. Their families still live in Old Eden, but they chose to attend the school here. Most families are pretty small, single sims or young married couples, so there are a lot of households considering there aren't a lot of sims. Including the college and boarding school housing, there's about 10 households in the hood. What's the size of AV like these days? Has it changed much since I left?
