We've made some progress with our designing, and I've noticed some definite improvements. So far we've only got about half of one toddler outfit done, but what we do have is better than what we've been doing for the past few months.

I think enjoying the kids' childhood while it lasts is a very good idea. I hope they don't turn out to be too much trouble. My younger kids, Elle and Zareb both have birthdays coming up, which means I'll have three teens in the house and no more dirty diapers and bottles on the floor. That should make things a little easier, but I will miss these days once they're gone. They do grow up fast, so I'd suggest trying to get as many good memories out of the early years as possible.

It must be hard dealing with those two students. What do you and the other teachers do to cope with them? They sound a lot like two of the girls who were in my dorms at college. I think they were called Katherine and Maura- they were always arguing with each other and once they actually got into a fight in the cafeteria. It wasn't long after that incident that I moved out of the dorms. lol I hope your problem students haven't done anything like that.

I'm not sure if either of the teens in the election will be able to handle that much responsibility- but they might just surprise me. My half-brother Ben, Hope's twin is also running. I think I will enjoy my retirement, it will be good to be able to relax after 30 years of hard work. I will still be on the hood council, I just won't have as much responsibility. I'm starting to look forward to being able to spend more time with my family now.

We haven't had much time for our hood rotation either, with all the designing we've been doing. I'm sure there will be more time for both of our hoods in the future, however little time that turns out to be. How do you feel about the twins becoming children?

What sort of things are you planning for the new school? Will the things you decide to include affect whether you import or build? Will it be a boarding school like the other one, or will the students just attend during the day? Let me know how that goes too.

The kids are still doing OK. We've decided that since our designing is taking so long, we're going to start rebuilding as soon as possible and introduce the new designs once we finish them. We're also planning on becoming more self-sufficient as a hood- making a living through the things we grow and craft, and some of us are planning to start businesses as well. I don't know how well it's going to work, but we're going to try it anyway. Has anything been happening in your hood?
