 Gosh, last time I chatted with my friend in AV-he said that his mom is hosting a gala to save the arts and that construction is almost complete on the new subdivision. Things I already knew of course. The gala is my center's first big event and mom and dad have already purchased a home in the new subdivision. It caters toward wealthy sims and has a pool, playground and large homes with view of the surrounding sea. I've been missing the Apple Festivals, but that's ok, since there are the Cherry Blossom festivals here. I've been learning more kimikurian from the locals and hopefully I'll be fluent in it soon.
