Hey there babe,
Sorry it took so long for me to write back. As soon as I get out of school it's off to my new job, and by the time I get home, it's hard for me to get on the computer. My Mom is always on there working! Geez.
School is going fine. We go all simyear, but the Fall session that's posted online is going to be starting within the next week or so.
I am SO excited for you to be starting college. Part of me really wishes I could be joining you. But, I know that's not possible. The good news is that it's getting closer and closer to when you finally move to Simmington Hills!
I was soooo proud to see your high school graduation, girl. You looked like an angel! I saved the picture you sent me, and one from your graduation, too. Don't ask me how I got your graduation picture, just know that I have my ways. LOL! There was a glow on your face at the ceremony, and I could imagine how you felt. I can't wait to graduate early, myself. I'm starting to feel like serious manhood is just around the corner for me, and I'm only 16. It feels so exciting! (I'll be turning 17 soon, though.)
Rashid is doing alright, I guess. We've both been working our jobs after school, so we don't get as much time to see each other. He seems to be doing what he's supposed to. Erline keeps ringing the phone off the hook. But he hasn't gone out with her again. She seems like a 'hype'. I don't like girls like that. The ones that act like stalkers. LOL! Everytime we get home, Erline is calling like 15 minutes later! She calls in the mornings before we leave for school, too. Tyisha is still mad at him, but she told ME she wants to be best friends with him again. She misses him. Wow, that girl was hurt really bad, but she still wants his friendship. She's keeping her distance, although my Mom had to talk to her about knocking over our trashcan. My Mom saw her do it, and even though we all feel bad for her, it's not cool to take it out on the whole family.
I don't know what's up, last night my parents went out to a party for the Hills' 25th Anniversary. They got home late, but I overheard my Mom and Dad talking about my Uncle Cameron getting drunk at the party. I couldn't hear anything else. I hope he's ok. He just had a heart attack a month ago.
Nope, I haven't driven Rashid's car, yet. But, he does take me back and forth between soccer meets and school/work. So I'm not complaining. He's been good about it. I think he likes the time we spend in HIS car. He pumps the music and we talk about girls...don't get mad. It's a teenage-brotherly thing. It's our way of gossiping like you girls gossip. You know you do it, too!!

I hope your friend, Lilly, is ok. Sounds like she's got the huge 'butterflies-in-the-stomach' about going away to college. I'm sure she'll be fine.
You are so sweet Mary Snowden-Cunningham, and everything about you is terrific. Perfect. You're my pretty girl, you know that right?
You should always picture my arms being around you. Cause that's where they're at, always. I'm holding you, and you're holding me. Don't you ever forget it. And if anyone steps to you in college..at your dorm, you remind them that they don't wanna mess with me. :P
