Hmm, cooking for one is different-try making the large meals and then saving the portions for lunches and dinners later in the week.

How is the garden going (growing) ? Do you have a lawyer for the divorce, maybe they can get things to speed along. It makes no sense why he's delaying things...unless he's trying to make you run out of money in the whole procedure. What is he not budging on?
