>What is Simberry-On-The-Lake like?

It is one of our sub-neighborhoods. It is right on the water - there are beaches, lake-front cottages and hotels, and lots of little shops to visit. It's our own little vacation spot only a short drive from the town itself!

There is not a local orphanage here either. The baby is in foster care until he can be placed with an adoptive family.

You don't have to tell me! I used to go fishing with my father when I was young, but I never was able to hook a fish! My dad however, he always had a basket full when we got home at night. ^.^ It takes a lot of talent to catch fish.

>How was work?

Work was... eventful. I had to wrestle a five year old boy onto the scale, with the help of his mother and two other nurses. He wouldn't even let me get his temperature! It always surprises me when we get an uncooperative child - it may sound strange, but most of the children I see when I'm working in Peds are quite well behaved!

>Did you see the little baby again today?

I did! He is such a beautiful little boy. He is so very tiny, but such a sweetheart. I melt when he wraps his little fingers around one of mine. This is why I do not work in Peds! I get attached to the children too easily!

How is farming going? Do your crops have veggies on them yet, or are they still growing! My own vegetable garden is nothing more than a few small sprouts right now! I always get so excited at the first sign of growth. ^.^
