Subject: Reputable building contractor

Hello everyone

I was wondering if anyone could perhaps provide me with the name of a reputable building contractor (new home/addition), one with whom you have dealt with directly & was happy with his work.

We used to have a cottage up north & we had hired a contractor for some renovation. He is in business for some 25 odd years. He never advertised in the yellow pages because he doesn't need to as he's always busy. He is the best in the area. He doesn't even have any ad on his truck. He doesn't put any sign on the site of construction either. He gets referrals strictly through word of mouth & his reputation. He is kind, honest, reliable & works hard.

I was wondering if anyone would know of a Port Perry version of this guy.

You could try JD Randall Construction - John Randall is from Uxbridge but very good. If you're interested please let me know, I only know his home number so I don't really want to post it publically. I'll call him and find out what his business number is if different.
