Subject: FISHING IN PORT PERRY....

Hi,
It would be my first time coming to port perry for fishing with my family. I want to know if there are any public spots where you can do off shore fishing. Is there any marinas in port perry close to the cojuction of port perry and lake scugog. What kind of fishes are in abundance(or easy to catch). Finally, which one is the best place for fishing perry or scugog. Will appreciate your feedback. Please email me the response at mailmaaz@yahoo.com

I don't know much about fishing, but nobody seem to be answering you, so here it goes.

There is a marina right in the middle of town at Water and Queen. I see people fishing there. I also see people fishing off the causeway (hwy 7a) but I wouldn't do that with kids!!! And there is lots of room behind the Independent Grocery Store. (yes, our town is dumb enough to put a grocery store on prime lakefront.)

Now as for fish...I don't know what's in season but here is a list of fish guys TELL me they have caught.

Walleye, bass, muskie, pike, sunfish.
