I try to walk towards the light but they suck me back in. I couldn't agree more, Mikey. Not only is he a pompous windbag, let's discuss the "theft...ahem" of the glass master of their latest CD. During a photo shoot in France, they reported it stolen. Now, first of all, a retarded howler monkey would know better than to remove a glass master from the safe confines of whatever studio they Feng shuied to best capture their deep sociopolitcal lyrics. (As if they could ever top equally pious Sting's "Da do do do, da da da da ") After a thorough police investigation that certainly was not a waste of taxpayers money, they discovered the missing CD in a pocket in Bono's wardrobe room. Now, seriously, if you really can't remember that you left your 'alleged' best work ever in your other pants (which let's face it, only a matter of time before he's pulling those bad boys right up to his chest ala Urkle) should you really be a rock star? And how about David Bowie. He got hit in the face with a lollipop during a concert, sprained his ankle two weeks later, had a heart scare, and for an encore fell down the stairs and broke his hip. Now, maybe Iman's trying to kill him. But I still think rock stars should have term limits. Keith Richard has been dead for at least 15 years. He just hasn't fallen down yet. But it's bound to happen. And then where will we be?
