I feel compelled to say that all of your young friends on Crzy House remember you as a very brave, intelligent, and loving young man with a strong sense for fairness, a champion already of civil rights for all, and I sincerely hope that your father knows that you will always have the love and respect of every person, young or old, who posts on our board.

Justin, you were a friend to many of the younger kids on our board and I know that they still miss you very much. May your father take comfort in knowing that you had so many friends among your peers who continue to cherish, respect, and fiercely protect your memory.

Subject: 2004 almost here

I have spent about 7 months at a clinic trying to eradicate the demons that rule my day mate. It is a hard job but I keep at it. I would though give this up and accept ALL the demons in the world if I could have a chance to say hi to you again or to sit with you. I still love ya mate and it will be 2 years tomorrow OZ time since ya left us. Henry, a friend has been to where they laid you to rest and taken photos of the piece that is at the head of your eternal bed. It looks much nicer than what was there before mate. It suits you. Hi Justin. I hope you will forgive me for not posting sooner? I haven't forgotten you at all, I still think of you daily. Your smile and the words you typed and your pleasant voice. In my heart you exist and my mind you will always stay. I feel love for you the same as when you were among us, that will never fade. You are with me every day and when I see a beautiful rose or read poetry or listen to peaceful music, there you are.

A mutual friend, Henry, went all the way to your resting place and took photos of the head piece that marks the spot. It is a fitting tribute to you and what you stood for my friend. I will always remember, just like your other friends and your Family.

I've Added a link to The Crzy House where you can find information and read some of the letters that have been sent so far to the school about Robbie Kirkland.

(Robbie was a 14 year old gay student who in 1997 committed suicide because his fellow classmates ridiculed and harassed him. This past Jan. 22, students from this school laughed and yelled antigay slogans "God condemns homosexuals" and "Homosexuality is an abomination" when they heard people at a rally chanting "Remember Robbie Kirkland." )

I would like to get some letters from as many countries as possible so please forward the information and a request to all your friends who live all around the world.

I still need copies of letters from Australia.

ABOUT THE VIGIL: In order to try to schedule nationally known gay rights activists and entertainers to speak and perform, we needed more time. So the candle light vigil has been rescheduled when the temperatures will be warmer. As soon as everything including permits from the city are confirmed I will announce the time and date.

The vigil/rally will be open to the public and everyone is invited.

I have posted 22 letters so far. I will try to post an additional dozen every week. Please continue to forward the information to E-lists, message boards, and individuals.

The school most likely will NEVER apologize to the family and friends of Robbie Kirkland. Help let the world know what this school REALLY stands for: hatred and homophobia.

I am sorry that Ed thinks I can help you artistically,
I think you are doing quite ok.
I must admit to being a little overwhelmed at the moment.
This time of year for me is a little sensitive. February -
March is particularly stressful for me as it has bad
connotations of 4 yrs ago. I hope your page keeps going
from strength to strength Justin, you are a special and
important friend. I would just suggest toning the solid
colour down on your face page... it is a bit much.

Justin, I have just read your Journal entries and you are a warm sensitive human being. I understand your pain and the confusion you feel. I am 16 guy from Australia and was raped at 12 and tried suicide 12 months later, it didn't succeed and for that, I am glad. Oy voy - you have now joined the voyager family and it is an improvement - I love the picture the size is just fine and since you have so many beautiful ones then every so often you can change it - or even come up with a photo that reflects you mood at the moment, because you are this boards administrator and can do what ever you feel like. isn't cyberspace wonderful even a 14 year old can be empowered with the same authority as an adult in certain endeavors. I am kidding just a bit because your site and previous board reflect a maturity way beyond your chronological years.
