Author: peter ivan [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 09:33:05 05/03/09 Sun I heard through the grapevine (Betty Shyne himself!) that Toronto's premier up and and coming band won the semi-final hands down last weekend and are now bound for the El Mocambo on May 30. Barring oversights and the like we'll be there with both hands clapping and feet stomping! We'll try to round up a sizeable local contingent. Let us know what time it all starts - this time we need to experience more bands to lend credibility to our objectivity! Well done, fully deserved.
