Author: peter ivan [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] Date Posted: 18:41:33 08/19/09 Wed On Monday August 10 2009 Kenneth Joseph Francis Murphy stopped by the Vic Inn for a cup of tea and to "ask permission to marry your doorter"! On Tuesday August 11 2009 they were married in the baronial grounds of 41 Earl St, Stratford using a non-denominational (is that the same as a nine-bob note?!*) minister and his nephew Anthony and girlfriend Aoife as witnesses - they are on holiday from Dublin and were asked to officiate 20 minutes prior to the event and were henceforth sworn to secrecy ! On Saturday night at 11pm at Kenny's niece's (Tracey) wedding they asked to meet us outside and told us! We were also sworn to secrecy for 3 days until.... last night they announced it to the world! Unfortunately, the Smith world are not answering their phones right now so all you loyal boardwatchers will know first - apart from Becca who has probably already sold the news to the Russians! Congratulations to them! I don't understand why so many people think a wedding is so much fuss, it was easy! Kenny's wondering if the Shadow Falls Reception Suite is available in the near future????*****!!!!! (I'll be in trouble for that one!
