I'm only 15, and i am experiencing strange happenings. My mum is phycsic (cant spell, sorry)and i keep hullicinating, well thats what i think anyway. In the night i will often feel as if im getting held so tight i can't move or break free, i sometimes feel as if im sinkin in my bed and i can't breath and my heart thumps fastly. I hear voices whispering to me and prickles on the back of my neck. Often the is a cold draft getting blown in my face and shadows move.
The wierdst thing i have fetl is something go in my mouth.
Also i have felt myself comeout of my body, strange? very.
This is disturbing me, i have moved my bed a number of times. Someimes it gets better often it gets worse. I have wiccan beliefs and have moved some of my things out my room or boxed them up. I have took my dream catches don and it is a bit better but its sill effecting me.
help.
