Subject: Am I even human or am I just insane?!

Okay here is the deal. I am 13 years old and I am not like anyone else I have ever heard about. I don't even think I am completely human. I am wierd and I have trouble making contact with humans. I have wierd urges to bite and hurt people. I have long nails and want to use them to claw the flesh of people. Sometimes I even want to bite people just so I can draw blood. I love being awake at night instead of the day. and I often try to hurt myself so I can look at the blood. I love the sight of blood. Am I even human or am I just insane?
