Sure you're human. Its seems as though you are eluding that you think you might be a vampire. Not really possible but you could probably find yourself some friends at the pseudo-vampire message boards. A lot of people feel the way you are feeling at 13. It's a hard age and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. I felt like an awkward outcast at that age too. I hated the fact that I was under my father's thumb. You probably have those unusual urges because you are frustrated by your lack of control over your own life. Don't act on your urges. You may get locked up for it. Time will pass and you will soon be an adult with your own free will. In the mean time. Find some buddies- internet buddies are better than nothing. Get some hobbies, even if other people think they are weird. Don't let yourself get too frustrated and remember just because you are fascinated by blood that doesn't make you weird. I work with blood everyday in a medical laboratory and I am not weird. Maybe you should consider a career in hematology or blood banking.
