Spirit Guide animals can talk to us or give us impressions, they say a problem shard is a problem halfed. I have found talking to family very difficut they dont believe me when I tell them spirit talk to me and such like, so I found talking to friends a better option. Try to find someone with an open mind to talk to about this, i will give you an address of a good chat site that you could go to to get help.
