Hi,
It is very common to be paralyzed while out of body, many people get this and it is quite distracting, the best thing to do is to relax and not to fight it. The noses you hear are normal also they happen as the spirit try’s to leave the body, you can get a pulsing and vibrations or humming noises. I would say do not be scared, what you are having is normal and I don’t think there is a bad spirit round you, although this can happen, but they can not really harm you and you are connected to the physical body by the silver cord which will not break until mortal demise and this always brings you back within the physical body. So the best thing is to relax and let it happen without being to worried.
