The key to what is happening to you lies with the Monk. He is your guide and you are opening up to spirit. Do you meditate? Picture him in your mind and ask your questions one at a time. In between wait.....clear your mind, get receptive and wait. He will guide you through the process but it is Spiritual Law that you must ask for this guidance. It is important to write down your guidance as this grounds the information. It is also highly beneficial to look back on your writings and experiences from time to time.
