Subject: please help..OBE?

Hello. Im a teenager and please help.In many of my dreams I find myself thinking im still awake when it feels like someone leans on my back and growling occurs and children laughing occurs..my whole lower body is numb..my upper body rises but my lower half is like an anchor or something...i struggle to make my lower half of my body work but when i do i get out of my bed and walk to my door. My eyes are closed and i am now aware that im dreaming and i keep asking myself whut it is im experiancing. I get confused and ask myself am i really at the door? and realize that im in bed and its just my mind at the door...i get scared because i turn around and see my body still..i go back and sit at the edge of my bed..i sit there for a while listening to my voice and a mans voice talk..im picking up feelings that the devil is interviewing me..my voice is mine but of me as a little girl.it was hard to focus and i couldnt hear what it was saying and i struggle to wake up but i have had dreams simmiliar to these and im not shure whut it is thats really going on...is this an obe?..sleep paralysis? or just a lucid dream?im not shure please give me some insight. thank you
