Subject: my soul is outside of my body


hi. i posted the spiritual healing post here some time ago. i know at this point my soul is more or less outside of my body and wants to die. i have heard about the shadow self and understand that this could have been a valuable teacher, but on my own i have gained little ground. i am wondering if anyone has any suggestions. a shaman, a hypnotherapist? i feel some assistance is in order, and i am hoping to find this, for surely if i dont learn from this i will suffer alot. thank you. -nik
