Subject: obe this happened to me last night

Last night I was listening to the radio program coast to coast. I have recently had a heart attack and have a shoulder injury. My doctor has me on pain meds and Zanax my shoulder was hurting pretty bad last night and it was causing some anxiety so I took more than my usual dose of meds. While listening to the program I had on headphones they went to a comercial brake and I was starting to drft off to sleep when I noticed I couldn't hear my radio. I went to adjust it and was not able to move my hand. Suddenly I noticed I was viewing myself from above my body. I then drifted across the room and could see my hand laying across the back of my couch as the rest of my body was not in view as the couch blocked it from my view. I started to think my god I have died I drifted further across my house and soon was in my bedroom floating over my wife who was asleep. I then suddenly found myself back in my body and able to move my hand again and able to listen to my radio again. I jumped up and got a drink and chewed a piece of gum just so I was doing something as it had scared me. After a few minutes I settled down and resumed listening to the radio. A few station brakes later I found myself drifting off again and started to feel a vibrating like sensation again and then once again found myself floating above my body and once again found myself floating above my wife as she slept once again I started wondering if I had died as I was not in my body and seemed to be floating around the house. I then seemed to return to my body as soon as I thought I might have died. Later after settling down once again I found myself starting to feel a vibrating sensation at that point I managed to bring myself out of it before I left my body again. This all happened between 2 am and 4:40 am.
