Captain,
I am glad your spondylosis has improved, but surprised to know he couldn't relieve your tail bone. Infact you are already on NSAID, add analgesic, acupuncture etc to relieve pain.

Good you have children who lived near you; and children and grandchildren to visit far away. And perhaps discounted or free air tickets for travel! What more to ask of life.

If our Co64 quarrelled among themselves, because of some silly thing said, then to them, he had almost "killed" one off in his relate circle. If we can't trust our own classmate, how to trust others we have just newly meet?

Here is a poem I wrote to share with the CO64.

PRAYER
(20th October, 2011)

Fragrant incenses ascend;
Faith burns from head to end.
Pious supplication fills the air;
Offering and request trade in pair.
Fly with congenial change;
Rust and rot do derange.
True to self but prime to body;
Crippled crossing Mount Meru boldly.
In uncertainties, strange not to pray;
Ask and knock when love moving away.
