The question is misleading and the logic is incorrect. We have to take note that 90 X 3 = $270 paid by three men already including $20 what had been taken by the clerk!

Then you will clearly see what the three men paid...

Yes, the three men in fact paid ($250 + Taken by the Clerk $20 + Remaining gave back $30) = $300

Air Asia X may soon fly down to Sydney after the long objection by MAS. If so, I may pay you a visit soon.
