Bruno Goening, Qi Gong - just remember guys to make judicial use of these healing methods especially if to keep yourself somewhat sexually active.

You may not want to achieve such "recuperative" powers that you may end up with some form of priapism.
This will go against the whole aim of being 'active'.

Just a thought....? Hmmm!
