BIRTHDAY

My birthday is drawing near;
Wonder how best to cheer.
A lone cold beer with kobe steak?
Or a party with plenty of handshake?
At this age, we seek not glamour;
Feasting with family members are best pamper.
Annual greetings from grandchildren is sublime and fine;
Such gathering, with cusine and wine, is supremely divine.

Met over lunch near Clinic with Kuan Hong (Penang), Siew Hong (from NZ) and Tan Chee Keong (from Canada) yesterday.
