Dr. Good cheers on your birthday, and everyday beyond. That we have lived as long, we should be grateful. I know, we are just 65 or there about, and that's considered young in this day and age. So, to celebrate your birthday, let me try writting something in celebration.
Dear Doctor, many happy birthday.
What gift can I offer from afar, except an essay?
We have known each other since childhood.
And now we are well beyond babyhood.
Yes, we have seen a great deal in our lifetime thus far.
Sure, we have even seen a few bars,
and in your profession you have seen a few bras.
And all of us can thank our lucky stars
for achieving what we set out to do.
And we might even claim to be a guru
of things few care to understand or do.
That's our life, and more to unfold.
At this age, we don't need to seek extreme goal
or high places, as there is no need for such gold.
For we are thankful as we get this old.
Happy Birthday, Happy Birthday, dear Doctor.
Regards, LG
