No worries LG. I know it is such an hassle and inconvenient to fly all the way back just to attend a little gathering unless there are other things to do like craving for durians or meeting up with relatives.

Anyway, the gathering was cooked up, would you believe it, during the late Johnny Lim's wake gathering? So it was a last minute thing. Most of us there thought that we should meet up more often before we NEVER get the chance to gather together again!

Talking about cancelling of flights out of Australia due to the volcanic ash out of Peru in South America, I thought NZ is more affected than Australia. Anyway, my other half and I will be taking a little chance and going down to Christchurch in 2 days time for a short holiday and should be back for the gathering on the 1st of July.

Hope the volcanic eruptions and ashes subside by then :-(
