We are showing more and faster bodily decay than our parents' generation, perhaps due to lesser bodily activities or prolonged sitting. I am also suffering from Osteoarthrities of knees (Mainly sports injury), with heavy limbs and other discomfort.

FIREFLY

In the shadow
A lone firefly aglow
Transmits coded light
Console a man and his plight.

It’s small
The light is not tall.
In darkness:
It beams with brightness
And really shine
In align with the divine.
A speck of spark:
Shows sight for the dark.
