Wow. For a moment I thought it was going to be "The Blue Klang River" music coming on. I salute anyone who tries to clean up. But think you are right. At least up to the Klang Town part, the river is tidal. I recall seeing dead dogs floating by, ad the tide went out. And on high tide, the level can get quite high, up to the storm drain level. Still, maybe it's new technology that our Aussie Gov should hear about.
