Returned from almost a month's trip from Canada. On the eastern side, visited, Montreal, Quebec and Ottawa, and Niagara Fall. On the western, visited Vancourer, and the beautiful Butchard Garden at Victoria Island. Travelled by night train from Vancourer to Jasper, then rented a car for a week's tour of major National Park along the Rockies; flew back to Toronto from Calgary. Hoping to meet the lawyer or his family in the street or in chinese restaurant, but no where in sight to spot them. See lots of Chinese and Indians in Toronto, Vancourer and Calgary cities. Appeared to me racialism is almost minimal here, compared with the aussies and UK. There is more socialism there than in capitalist China. Ah Pek will get about C$ 1 K on retirement each. Education and Health care are free. Each of Tan's daughter will get C$ 300 plus each until 18 years. Aiya, there appeared no logic to stay here!?
