Yes, it appears that your Mr. S.L Chua certainly raised a few eyebrows besides raising his own appendage in "helping out" a so-called 'personal friend'.
Maybe Mr. Chua is a part time member of our Kluso clan, huh? There must certainly be something more with this Northern fantasy tours than a suggestion? Mmmmmmm........very interesting!
