Doc,

Is it the inevitable -- that we get old, ache & pains as we get older? Though our bunch from Kalng will be special -- we go on forever. I spoke to Chemist friend of ours and she too said the Gloco thing is a placebo. What the hell, I have already bought bottles of it. Maybe it can improve other parts of the body? As to fish oil -- what say you. I know, I will not hold you responsible -- just your personal opinion. But the Emu Oil thing, I wonder if it is the oil or the act of rubbing and improving circulation.

Meanwhile, what's this, even a Dr. needs to have knee work? And by the way, where are rest of the Klang crew? All in Old Folks Home by now?
