Fish oil, omega 3,maybe good for consumption. I will still prefer real salmon and cod, than capsules. Sure omega 3 is good, but once consumed by the body, the liver converts it to the bad cholesterol!
Our body produces far more cholesterol than we required, even if you don't take any orally at all. We need cholesterol for our physiological functions, cell membranes etc., but amount required is minimal.
You see, God likes to play little jokes with us. The cow is a herbivores, but its meat has high cholesterol.
People worry too much about cholesterol, as long as you know how to chose your parents, and you do some exercises, and you leave the rest for the Almighty to work out the probability of your longectivity. Give him some work to do, esp after post creation.
The South Australian family appeared quite proud of their incest. If people "love" one another, why is it immoral?
Where is the border between love, sex and lust? You need to rub a lot of snake oil to come out with non controversial answers. Rubbing oil on your joints or muscles do not improve circulation at all; the heat is somewhat comforting, as in sex; and the salicylates are mild pain killer.
The rest of Ah Peks are either attending court,or courting in Thailand, or retiring in mid air, or wondering when's their turn to meet God, or Bush. Or, they have nothing to do, by joining the Olympic or, rather Beijing, protestors in Europe, or maybe in Australia soon.
