ever think that he might just be on vacation? or taking a break? it's a hobbie, not a job. And no it's not cause of bushfires.

I thought about that but im sure if he was going away he would have let us know about it. Don't think he would just pack up and go without saying goodbye

I agree, Suave seems to really like it when people compliment him on his work, And does try and make montages or mpegs of people's request. If he was on 'vacation' he would let us know. Suave tries to post things on the weekend or the monday after that but he's missed two weekends now. Where could he possibly be??

He'll be back. He's probably holidaying on some Tropical Island somewhere, throwing back cocktails, conveniently forgetting about his computer. I do miss my Christie Scans/Caps though......

Hehehe, it was quite amusing for me to come back here two weeks later and find all these theories about where I have been. Let's see, I've been:
- on a vacation
- burned in the bushfires
- on a Tropical Island throwing back cocktails
- sick
- tied to an electrified mattress in Mola's basement!

But no one guessed what really happened. I'm sorry for not telling you the news sooner - it's just that the last two weeks have been a real rollercoaster ride for me. I feel like I've started a new life. I still watch Home And Away, but on a real TV instead of my computer... and I don't have to then spend the rest of the evening sorting out the captures and figuring out which parts to make an mpeg of. Suddenly I feel a freedom I haven't felt in years. I realize now I had become a slave to my own hobby, spending every spare minute of my time in front of my computer. I want to thank my newfound friend for showing me there's more to life than this. But at the same time I don't want to lose contact with all the friends I have made through my work, so I will continue to update this site regularly, respond to emails and participate on this messageboard. Just don't make any requests as they're not going to happen :)
