Subject: Hysteria : Live

Scene opens with Hysteria is in his hotel room in downtown Tokyo, sitting at a desk and writing in a black book..He turns slowly in his chair and stops to look straight into the camera, grinning...



Hysteria: Hello out there CWF fans, and welcome to the first edition of Hysteria : Live..airing on HBO...I think..Anyways, I have pretty much gone broke paying to get this show, so if no one watches I'd be very disappointed. I bet you are wondering what the hell could a professional wrestler do with a TV show? Well, I don't know yet, but I'm pretty sure I could think of something with enough time...It's kind of a weird show though, taped in my hotel rooms or wherever I happen to be..The crew flies with me and the guests get free trips...Each week I'll have different guests. Most wrestling related, a few not..all depends on who wants some publicity at the moment and will come on the show for cheap..



Hysteria laughs to himself then takes a drink of water.. He turns his head sharply to the left when a loud bang happens and one of the stage lights comes crashing down right in front of him.



Hysteria: Damn it!! CUT!!! Ya, know...if this show was live your tech people would have just caused me to look like an ass!! Somebody come here and clean this crap up!!



Hysteria walks out of the camera picture and up to the director, who pats him on the back..



Director: It's alright man, things like this happen the first couple tapings...It is kind of hard to fit all this equipment right in a hotel room too....It'll all work out..



Hysteria: It better work out. I payed alot of money to get this show, and I don't want it to be screwed up!!



Hysteria walks out of the room and down to the lobby. He finds a chair and grabs a newspaper and starts to read it as he lights a smoke. He mumbles to himself between drags about the show and people screwing up until his cell phone rings...



Hysteria: Hello?...Hey man, what's up?... Curtis Mayhem did an interview?...Pseudonyms....Hmm, thanks...



There's the sound of snapping fingers and Hysteria looks up to see the director's assistant signaling that everything is ready again...



Hysteria:...Hey...Shut up man I gotta go....Thanks..



Hysteria puts the phone in his pocket and stubs out the cigarette then goes back up to the room and sits down...He waits for the action sign then begins again...



Hysteria: This week is special, since it is the first week of the show...I couldn't get a guest for this week because I spent a buttload to get the show and I need time to make more bank...It all works out though, because I thought I would share some of my views on life, wrestling, the opponents for my upcoming match, and the guy who was once my idol...Mike Manson...First, let me start by saying life sucks..That's right, it sucks....Being on TV and having people taking your picture all the time isn't cool, it's a pain in the ass..Alright, I bet alot of you who happen to be watching this right now are thinking to yourselves.."Gee, if being on TV is a pain in the ass then why did he get his own show?"....Good point, but stop thinking so much...When I wrestle and I am on Glory or whatever I happen to be on at the time, I'm doing my job....I like my job, but work sucks....With my own show I can say what I want, do what I want, and make fun of anyone or anything that I want....And I can even say FUCK YOU!!!!....just because I'm on HBO...But, you will rarely hear those words from me because that's not how I am all the time..



Hysteria takes a drink and looks over to check the lighting as an impulse...He then turns back to the camera..



Hysteria: How I am is a really interesting thing though...Sure I cuss sometimes, I get angry for no reason...and I hit people that probably didn't deserve it....But deep inside I am a nice guy, right? When I first came to CWF, I was an alright person...Surely all the goodness and pureness of someone can't leave overnight....Draw your own conclusions to that one...When it comes to wrestling, I do what I can to beat who I'm fighting....I'll play dirty if it comes down to that, but it usually doesn't....Sure I went nuts on Sinister when he beat me...Big deal, he got lucky...so I had to ruin his moment.....It's not all about who you win against or who you lose against, it's about how bad you beat them or how bad they kick your ass....Everyone has to have a bad night once in a while....That brings me to a good point to bring in my next match....Because it will be a bad night for at least two people, and I don't plan on being one of them.....Hitman, who I've already proven is a loser by nature..And Curtis Mayhem, who I will soon prove to be all talk and no action...I hear that Mayhem did a little interview as he arrived in Japan, and he apparently has a problem with pseudonyms...Well that's fine with me, because I have a problem with people who's last name is something they have yet to experience...Mayhem, that is just funny....Lil' Curtis will soon earn that last name when he steps in the ring with me, because that will be what is going to happen...Mayhem......As for Hitman, I think I've covered all bases with him...I'll stop the talk and let him have a slight amount of pride....At least until I beat that last amount out of him...I've been known to have fun, a couple laughs at some cheap jokes, and sometimes waking up not remembering what the hell I did the night before....I'm tired of the games, all the fun...and it's time to get serious about what I'm doing in my life....I wrestle, it's how I earn my living..and half assing it just doesn't cut it anymore...And moving to the last part of our show..



There's a Batman sounding music and Hysteria finishes the last of his water...



Hysteria: It's time for Hysteria's Person of the Week!!!....Mike Manson!!!...Yeah, I know...The guy's been a dick to me a couple of times and what not, so why should I pick him for this prestige prize?....Because there's no one else worthy of it but myself!!....He's been the world champ, he's been alot of champs, he's been alot of things that other people could only dream of being....But I don't have to dream..One day I'll be the champ, one day I'll be an icon.....But never again will I be a sell out for the fans happiness...Being adored has its perks, but who really cares what the fans think anyways? NO ONE!!! Manson turned face because he has washed out!! He's not the champ anymore, and if President Stevens has his way, Manson will never be champ again....So he sold out to the fans.....I guess you gotta do what you gotta do....Well, that's it for Hysteria : Live's first episode....Join us again next time when I will actually have a guest!!!!...



The director calls for cut and Hysteria gets up and walks towards him..



Director: Good job man..



Hysteria: Thanks, just hurry and get all these people out of here...I want to go to bed in peace...



Hysteria walks out the door and to the lobby again, waiting for everyone to get out of his room so he can go sleep..
