Author: CWF President Stevens
Subject: Electromania 4 Press Conference

A press conference is set up, and with little fan fare, President Stevens walks to the podium to address the gathered media.

President Stevens: Let's get this over with, I have several things I need to do today. This press conference is to announce the seeding and first round matches for the PRO Title Tournament at Electromania 4, and to announce the stipulations for the Man In The Box main event. First off, the seeds for the PRO Title tournament. These have been selected at random, and in no way reflect that person's odds of winning the tournament. With that said, here is the list. In the 8th Seed: Curtis Mayhem. In the 7th Seed: Trent Rudiger. In the 6th Seed: The Mystery Entrant who will be revealed before his matchup. In the 5th Seed: Arioch. In the 4th Seed: J.B. Shooter. In the 3rd Seed: J.P. Klash. In the 2nd Seed: "Diamond" Brett Healey. And in the top seed: Meyer Dillinger. Now, using traditional tournament rules, the first round matches will be as following.

Meyer Dillinger vs. Curtis Mayhem
Brett Healey vs. Trent Rudiger

J.P. Klash vs. Mystery Entrant
J.B. Shooter vs. Arioch

These matches will take place at Electromania 4, but the live action will be exclusive only to the live crowd inside the Georgia Dome in Atlanta. Pay Per View viewers will see only recaps, and then the beginning of the second round.

Now, the Man In The Box match, which will pit challengers Arioch, and Darrin Chaos against the winner of the world title match between Drew Carrig and Travis Smith. To my knowledge, this match has never been done before in the world of professional wrestling, and just like The Web of Pain, has required special construction of a structure for the event. The rules of this match are simple. The three men involved will fight until one man scores a pinfall or submission victory. That man will be the world heavyweight champion. The World Champion does not have to be involved in the pinfall or submission to lose his title. For the structure, I have combined several elements of well known extreme matches into one match. First off, Hell in the Cell. The structure for this match will be lowered from the rafters, and it will surround the ring, and the ringside area. But instead of the traditional chain link fence, all four sides of the cell, along with the roof, will be strung together with barbed wire. A match like this in itself would serve well enough to make for a spectacular main event, but at the CWF I want to push the envelope even further. Therefore, the barbed wire will not be serving as the main walls of each side of the cage. No, the barbwire will have glass built to surround it, so the cell walls will be made of solid glass, with barbed wire inside of the glass. There will be no door on the structure, the only way in or out is to either win the match, or if you really want to get out, you throw someone through the glass...and then find a way through the strands of barbed wire as well. All three men are welcome, and encouraged to try to put their oppoenents through as many walls of the cage as possible in an effort to win the match. That is all...and I have no time for questions right now, if you have any, submit them in writing to my secretary, and I'll answer them in 6 to 10 weeks!
