(The camera comes into focus you can see that it is a cool damp night. There is a full moon in the sky and it is providing enough light to see easily. Soon you see a set of head lights moving ever so quickly towards the camera from off in the darkness. As it gets closer you can see the out line of the car and can make out that it is a police car. It speeds toward the building quickly and then comes to a sudden stop. Then a large garage type door opens and you can hear the sound of the electric motor running. As the door finally reaches its fully open position the police car pulls inside the building and turns the car off. The camera quickly moves inside the building and continues rolling. The two cops get out of their car. You can see that one of the cops is short and average weight and the one that was driving is a few inches taller and has a rather large doughnut gut. The two cops gingerly make their way over to a group of cops that have been waiting on the patrol car to arrive. The group of cops talk for a while then the two original cops make their way over to the police car. As they open the door and the camera gets their first view of the person in the back seat you can see that it is Will M. Kizer. The shorter cop reaches in through the right car door and into the back seat of the car and grabs Kizer by his right shoulder. The cop then pulls on Kizer's shoulder causing Kizer to come out of the car. Kizer is pulled to his feet and his hand cuffs are taken off. But not to let him go but so that yet another set of hand cuffs can be put on him. This was done so that the patrol officer could have his cuffs back and yet Kizer was still in hand cuffs. Then the two patrol officers get back in their car and leave as Kizer is escorted through a black steel door. The cops then lead him down a hall way and into a small room. In the room there is a metal bench that is fastened to the one wall, a wooden desk in the middle of the room and behind it a black executive desk chair. The cops seat Kizer on the metal bench and then leave the room. As Kizer sits there waiting he notices the a servailance camera located high up on the wall in the corner that is opposite of himself. After several minutes of sitting there an officer comes in and introduces him self as sargent Clark. Clark sitts down in the chair behind the desk and begins to ask Kizer some questions.)

Clark: So, do you know what you did wrong?

Kizer: I ain't talking to you until I get to talk to my lawyer about anything that happened tonight. All I want to know is what is my bail and where is the phone so i can call for a cab?

Clark: Well that's fine if you want to talk to your lawyer, Mr. Kizer.

Kizer: Well it had better be.

Clark: You know though I can hold you for up to 24 hours without bail if I want to?

Kizer: No you can't.

Clark: Afraid so, so if you don't want to answer my questions you are going to be sitting there on that bench for a long time.

Kizer: You can't do this to me. I have rights.

Clark: No american court would give you any rights. Ha. You will be lucky if you ever get out of jail.

Kizer: Oh, I will get out. And you will pay for what you are doing right now.

Clark: Are you thretening me?

Kizer: No, I am just saying you can't abuse a person just because of where they are from.

Clark: I can do what ever I want.

Kizer: Well, we will see about that.

Clark: Well, fine you know what. Your bail is 10,000 dollars.

Kizer: That is excessive for the crime. Come on you have to be joking.

Clark: Nope. And a foriegn low life like you won't have that kinda money. So your @$$ is going to jail.

(Clark has a big smile on his face now thinking about Kizer sitting in jail.)

Kizer: Can I have my hand cuffs removed so I can write you a check?

Clark: I am sorry we don't accept checks.

Kizer: What, well I don't carry that much cash on me.

Clark: Well you are going to jail then.

(With that said Clark exits the room and Kizer sitts there for a little bit longer. Then after about fifteen minutes have gone by two officers come into the room and pull Kizer too his feet. The cops push him back down the hall way that he came in through. They open the door leading to where the police car was before and you can see a different police car waiting there now with the back door open. Kizer is made pushed from behind over to the open door and is made to get in the back of the police car. After Kizer is all the way in, one of the police officers slams the door shut. The police officer then casually makes his way around to the drivers side front door, opens it and then sitts down behind the steering wheel. The cop then starts the car and the garage type door opens again. The cop puts the car in reverse and the car backs out of the building and then it speeds off into the darkness of the night. The camera fades out to black as the police car disappears into the darkness.)
