Subject: looking for a team to play on or some pickup

I just moved to Ithaca and am looking to play some indoor soccer. I have been playing competitively on various levels for 10+ years. I primarily play on defense. In the past I have played pickup and found a team from that, but I haven't found where to do that. I am interested in some serious pickup or league play. I may even be 30+ eligible.
