Okay, it's been almost a month since I have let my daughter talk to little one. I am starting to feel really guilty so I need a little back up. I guess I am just worried that if I don't let her see her daughter then she is really going to go backwards and the fact that before my daughter went to rehab we were actually talking and I miss her whether she is clean or not, I miss her. She called the other day and I told her that she had to have three months clean and holding a job and supporting herself before I would let her talk to little one. I hate doing this but I know that for little one's sake I have to hold to my guns, even though I feel like a total heel and feel bad for what it is doing to my daughter. I think tough love is harder on the one that is giving it then it is on the one that receives it. I just hope that I am doing the right thing, I want to be there for her so bad but if I am going to keep little one from getting hurt then I have to stay away from my own daughter. It really sucks. Well I just had to get that off my chest because I am really having a hard time dealing with it and on top of that I am trying to quit smoking (haven't had one for 3 days now) and I am going crazy. Thanks for listening.
