Hey guys, just update, I have not written in awhile. after 4 months, my daughter pops up to see her baby that "it is jsut killing her not to be with." Then why the hell do you choose drugs over your child?? She stayed about 2 hours, the baby was like a showdow, just folling her around everywhere, then when time for mom to leave, here came the crying and slapping at me, I think to push me away as not to get hurt, if mom leaves, I think she feels she(the baby) has to push everyone away to not get hurt again, so of course I had 2 days of hell, the where's mama, mama, mama, finally calmed down, then she pops up again, I has stomach flu and daughter and I were talking and "getting along" as well as possible under circumstances, so I ask her to spend the night, just one to help me with baby because I was so sick, but not, she could only stay couple minutes, had to go meet friends. So I lost it, told her to leave and stop popping in and out and f------- up the babies life. Then the "sperm donor" who is fixing to do about 4 yrs in prison writes a letter to my daughter wanting her to call his mom, she needs to talk to her,,,I put on envelope, return to sender, not at this address. He is a punk, pulled a gun to my daughters head, has 3 felonies and I just refuse to deal with those people. He once wrote and wanted my daughter to write a note giving his mother custodial rights, well to sum up, my father, God bless his soul called, told me to get to a lawyer Monday, and he will help me pay, we are looking at around1500.00 minimum from the lawyer I have talked to, but he is good. He told me go for full custody, that I was not the only grandparent going through this, so I guess that my next step. The only good thing is the state will make her get some rehab in order for her to try to keep custody, so maybe some good will come of that..but I will leave the state or whatever before I left more trash in her life,,thanks for listening, and if anyone has any legal advise, let me know,,,thanks
